In today's ever changing society, our community needs to be positioned to grow. This means having community support in the form of child care resources, after school programs, quality value centered pre-schools, a modern community library and wellness center.
Stanton has been fortunate to provide many of these services, but we have current challenges that will prevent us from providing these services in the future and limit our growth opportunities.
- Our preschool does not meet fire code and faces closing
- Our day-care and after school program is full with a waiting list
- We lack adequate facilities to hold athletic activities
- Our library lacks the space and resources to grow

Many communities have faced and are facing similar challenges. After a great deal of research, we believe a community center will help us meet the challenges that face us currently and help us grow as a community in the future. Our goal is to provide a center which will promote community growth and help families and individuals of all ages in our community in the areas of building community, promoting education, supporting families with young children and positioning our community to grow.
The Center Will:
- Provide a place for community events
- Be a place to hold pre-school and childcare
- Provide a space for people to go and exercise
- Have space for a library for our school and the public
- Provide a gym for our student athletes and adults to hold practice
- Provide a gym for our young athletes to be involved with sports
- And much more!
